Multi-Media Mediation & Trial Support Services
For mediation or trial, MLV provides real-time setup and operation of equipment and on-the-fly graphics creation and alteration services.
MLV can create slideshow presentations for your mediation, opening and closing statements. During your presentation, you can move from slide to slide using either a remote control or we can run it for you.
Zooming in and/or highlighting exhibits can draw attention to specific sections for even finer detail. These exhibits are viewable from anywhere in the courtroom and individual monitors are supplied for each side and the judge.
With our trial software, your exhibits can be brought up in just a few seconds simply by calling out a number and the number of exhibits you can have ready is almost unlimited.
Our video equipment is accompanied by a professional audio system assuring video depositions and evidence are heard clearly from anywhere in the courtroom.

We arrive early enough to have everything tested and ready before proceedings begin. Setup time varies by courtroom size and equipment needs, we’ll confirm the arrival time with you in advance.
Can you handle both mediation and trial support?
Yes. We provide the same professional AV setup for mediation sessions as we do for trial, including monitors, projectors, and on-site technical support.
What happens if equipment fails during trial?
