MLV provides video deposition recording services using professional 3-CCD video cameras and Audio-Technica brand lavalier microphones to ensure your deposition is recorded at the highest quality possible. MLV routinely uses three lavalier microphones for audio recording, one for the deponent and one for each side. A room mic is also employed to serve as back-up.

Depositions are backed up in real-time using a second recording system which also provides an audio copy of the deposition for the court reporter.

MLV video cameras are equipped to show the date & time continuously during the recording. This can then be used later to bookmark important sections of the deposition.

Neutral background panels are also available for depositions. These lightweight, fabric backgrounds set up in a matter of minutes and provide a non-distracting background image behind the deponent.

After the deposition, the video is transcoded into an MP4 digital format and sent out to clients for download via a secure, private email link. A copy is also created and placed on a secure, back-up hard-drive for fast, easy access at a later date.
